Have you heard of Talkeetna, AK?

For those of you having not travelled to Alaska, Talkeetna is a cozy little town a few hours outside of Anchorage.  Many tourists frequent Talkeetna in the summer, as do climbers as it is the meeting point for those looking to conquer Mt. McKinley (Denali).  I HIGHLY suggest if you get through there to do the flightseeing tour (I used K2 Aviation) - well worth the money spent!

Always Nice Coming Home

As much as I love travelling, I love coming home as well.  Here are some pictures of my home state of South Dakota.

HATCHER PASS

I thought I would mix it up for a little fun, the filming is horrific, but easy now...I'm a photographer, not a filmmaker!

This Hike near Wasilla, AK has some of the most breathtaking views and quickly moved to the top of my list for "favorite hikes"
